“I know, everyone has had the best donut ever. This place my favorite by far. Twisted glazed is so soft and delish! Huge jelly filled and THE best old fashion Ive ever had!! Cold milk & hot coffee. This is a must visit. Ive been stopping by here on my way back from Cincy for a long time. Always fresh and friendly staff. I bring home six old fashion and freeze 'em.“

We are visiting from Florida and decided to surprise our family with some gourmet donuts. These gals did not disappoint!!! Everything was huge, fresh, and fully stocked!! From the sour cream donuts to the apple fritters you will not be let down! Now for the price……. RIDICULOUSLY AFFORDABLE!!!!! We pay $35 for a dozen donuts at home we got 14 donuts and 2 large coffees for $26!!! Run don’t walk to these guys because when they sell out they are gone! Thank you for bringing a smile to my family this year and I can’t wait to visit next year!!“

“As my service dog, my emotional support dog and myself sat outside this establishment at 430am the smell was remarkable, the front entry is bright and clean, the product cases were clean and full. The extraordinary experience was the delivery man after his deliveries at 6am brought my dogs plain donuts topped with plain peanut butter each and a bottle of water. We are homeless due to my cancer, MS and TBI of patient attack and not from Middletown. We are waiting on a ride to Moraine as both of my vehicles see broken down. This place rejuvenated my soul and faith in humanity. May they have many years of continued success for acts of kindness and gifts of love to nobody's. Be blessed, Pastor Jess“

“Stuck home with an injury and can't cook. Ac new Dunkin just opened up three blocks away so I order half dozen donuts. I did not notice the local Dunkin wasn't listed but this location. Not only were my donuts great, they were out of two pumpkin donuts and replaced them with twenty munchkins. The employees here understand how to take care of people. Great job!“

“I’m a frequent customer to this Dunkin location. I’ve met the manager multiple times during my visits as he is working the drive thru , always pleasant and friendly. The staff overall is very nice and always pleasant.Todays visit was the only exception to not getting five stars. This could have been a five star review, but based on today’s customer service experience, it sadly will only be a 4 star review.This morning I placed a mobile order for 30 minutes before arriving to the location, give me enough time to have my order prepared ahead of time. If I arrive to the location and went inside to pick up my mobile order, since the line was very long as it normally is during this time, which is understandable, that’s why I placed a mobile order because I know that having one less person getting in line, can keep things moving right along. I was able to approach the counter and let them know that I was here to pick up my mobile order. The lady at the front was very nice and was gathering my items for me.However, the secondary lady who was spoken to about getting a latte together for my order, made it very rude and spiteful, comment saying “ well, she’s gonna have to wait till after this order, and his order, and their order,” in a very rude and spiteful manner. I was more than happy to wait for my latte. I had no problem doing so, I was only trying to be thoughtful and not take up another space in line where they could be serving another customer since I had already paid for my order well ahead of time.Not sure if this person was just really having a bad day, but the comment was made right in front of my face as I’m standing there. I thought that it was very rude and inappropriate and it’s some thing that shouldn’t have been said. I’m a very loyal customer who comes to this location if not every other day, but at least four times a week. I’ve never been treated that way here and I’m sad that this person thought that it was appropriate to act in such a manner.I relayed my concerns to the corporate office, and I have full confidence that they will be reaching out to the manager who owns this establishment. I’ve met him. He’s a wonderful person and very understanding.I will not overall let this affect my business here. I won’t let one instance of somebody having a really terrible day, ruined the business relationship that I have with this location.“
