My family and I have tried Outerbelt a few times and every time are greeted with the same POOR customer service.
This Saturday we walked into the Brewery on Saturday shortly after 1pm. there were about 3 other groups in the entire facility. There were two women standing by the door that both looked us up and down and then proceeded to walk away. There was no other acknowledgment. We ended up leaving without being helped (for the second time this year).

First time at Outerbelt brewing and the staff was not friendly at all. The menus were not updated with all the same items, some menus were missing items.
Had the best experience! I ordered the cider with 2 pumps of blueberry & it was amazing!! My husband loved the Gravel Donuts. The food was so good, especially the Asian Zing wings, along with the Philly cheesesteak. The staff & service were great & the food came quick. What a fun atmosphere & very kid friendly! Loved everything about this place!
