Very unfriendly staff. Manager practically yelled at me when there was confusion with an order. I was going to order food also, but after rude encounter I proceeded to say “I guess that’s all”. Manager mocking me said “I guess that will be $4.09 at the window then”….worst customer service I’ve witnesses

This is perhaps the dirtiest location I have ever been to. The staff, a group of ladies, were so rude and made distasteful and racist jokes while I was standing within ear shot. It took forever to get my order and once I did it was completely wrong. I will avoid this location from now on. I wonder if this is how all of this particular franchise runs their business?
Hilarious. Well inside was closed so we wanted donuts. So the girl read off all The kinds over the drive thru. Because they don’t have it on menu board. Well after giving up because who can remember 15 kinds in 5 seconds. Well then we get are nasty 2 day old coffee and we go to eat are donuts. 1st one was a brick and 2nd one was not even close to what we ordered.
Ordered xtra large black coffee. 27 minutes... staff was rude. My last stop ever to this store.

I’ve been here roughly 5 times since they’ve opened and they NEVER have donuts at dunkin’ DONUTs. My kids were looking forward to the sounder donuts, not don’t even have those. Never had any issues at any dunkin my entire life literally anywhere else. save yourself the

Mmmmmm donuts! As Homer Simpson, would like to say, before he drools all over himself. Donuts are absolutely delicious, and I partake in them often. They are airy, sweet, delightful morsels. I was near a Dunkin' and was craving an ice coffee and also wanted to take Donuts home once my exploration of Celina was complete.I walked into Dunkin. It looks like a new one or at least one recently remodeled. I approached the counter and ordered a half dozen donuts to take home (2 chocolate frosted, 2 vanilla frosted, and 2 Boston Cremes) as well as a Vanilla Iced Coffee. My order was brought up within a few minutes. Guy getting my order was friendly and I left. When i later got home... my family and I had some delicious donuts!

I normally haven’t had issues but today I got a large iced chai tea latte.. and it should just be the chai tea syrup and milk but they put espresso in it. This made it a dirty chai and most people wouldn’t care but it wasn’t what I asked for and it is something that I absolutely hate. The female making the drink as well had to ask the gentleman how many pumps of chai were in the drink and when told 4 and then just milk still proceeded to put in espresso.
