Waited in line for ten minutes for a 2$ coffee for the lady to tell me sorry about my luck cause her screen froze. Then proceeded to tell me if I came back another day I could get a free coffee but not today while her screen was preventing me from paying
Had gotten so much better but now they are right back to square 1 again. When your drink is protein milk and ice and you ordered something totally different that's not good.
