Wanted to go and get my daughter a chocolate shake and it never was able to happen. I pulled up into the drive thru to be told that “it would be a minute” as they were having “staffing” issues. Totally understandable. 3 minutes later I am asked to order and am told the shake machine is “not working.” This is the second time in 2 weeks I been told this and out of frustration I stated “whatever” and proceeded to drive to the Arby’s in Springboro (which is excellent)....

11 of us stopped by to eat. Took them unaware and they did fantastic! Got our food out and was delicious and hot. Staff very nice. Thank you! You guys deserve a pat on the back!! Great team here!!!

The man working the drive thru was awesome! Super friendly, kind, and had a refreshing personality. The food was hot and excellent. Service was outstanding. I wish I had gotten his name.
