I arrived today right at opening time at 10:00 in the morning. I got there 2 minutes prior and was told to leave and come back. After I told him it was only 2 minutes he still insisted I come back. I drove around the parking lot and did just that. I placed my order and the lady rudely told me to go park in the parking lot and would bring it to me. Arby's food is always delicious but this is the first time I've ever been treated. So rude.
This Arby's on Wilmington Pike is by far the best. Their food is always hot and fresh and if you even have a hint of a problem, theu are fast to fix it. They are about the customer satisfaction, and that goes a long way with me. Highly reccomend!

Not much to say really. I ordered jalapeno poppers, which I order frequently. This particular Arby's filled the container just about halfway up. According to what I'm used to buying at my local Arby's, I think she shorted me four poppers.
No greeting when I arrived at the counter. The young lady just stood there and waited for me to say something. I don't understand these kids. Aren't they trained? I was raised in the 60s and 70s when people used to get excited about having you as a customer. She didn't thank me after I paid either. Not going back. Can't recommend them.

I had an interview a couple days ago at this location and they acted like they didn’t know anything about it. So they told me to take a seat and wait. I waited around a half hour and still nobody came to interview me. I left. Oh well.
This location is always clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is very good and using coupons and gift cards is a snap here. Sarah took care of us last time and she's the most hospitable, accommodating and helpful employee I've ever been served by!
