Tried for 45 minutes to order on line. Called them just to find out my order had to be done online only. Would help if your system actually works. Had to go somewhere else to order food. Since they would not take my order by phone.

At some point bws lots sight of the entire theme of the restaurant. I remember when you could go there with a big group and watch a UFC fight. That was the whole point to go there. They bought the pay-per-view so people would show up and order there food and sit and watch the fights.

Call any bws and ask them what time the fights start...they don't know...they don't care.

I planned a fun outting with my friends got a group together, wanted to make watching the fights a regular event. Nope. Showed up and they said they don't buy the pay-per-view events anymore...okay well I have no reason to ever go to bws any more.

I have no idea why you went from a sports bar to a place that sells cheap chicken nuggets and you think that's a long term business strategy.

You have 1 job and you failed.

Service was excellent. Ordered for takeout and food was ready early. Food was okay. Great taste but the Wings did not have enough sauce. Additionally we ordered onion rings and they were really over fried. On a positive note, it was during a snow storm and the parking lot was in better condition than the roads.

This is not the place to go if you want to watch sports. Maybe you would come here… because you like the food??? I live around the corner and have been talked into coming here a couple times for major sporting events. Buckeyes games, NCAA tournament, NFL games etc… I can say ,without question, that there is not a “sports” bar around that cares less about your experience watching a game. It honestly just makes me sad. Like
many businesses as of late they have broken our previously agreed upon social contract. You serve me mediocre food and i watch the game and drink your overpriced beer. That’s the whole thing. Now I can’t even get that. Slow service, wrong games on the TV, bad attitude about my questions of the previously said issues. I would be embarrassed if it were my business, but it’s not. So I will enact the only weapon available to me in the end stage capitalism environment that we live in. They will never see a single red cent of my expendable income again.

Location can get busy but we normally order carryout nowadays. Foods always been fresh, hot, and delicious! When dining in the establishment is kept clean and employees have always been friendly and ready to help. I've always been a fan of their mild wings but their medium, BBQ, and Parm Garlic are all pretty tasty too.
