Was in town and stopped and got the family hat tricks with wedges. One of my favorite places and they like it now too

Food was really great and plentiful. Savanna was our server and did a great job. Definitely will be back. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and loaded fries. Came out hot. I will probably go with a hotter sauce next time, the mild had flavor but not much.

Ask the server to split an entree salad today and she stated they couldn’t do that. They would bring me an extra bowl. The kitchen is placing it in the bowl anyways so why couldn’t they split it? Very poor customer service when a simple request can’t be met.

I am frustrated as we have been there several times and asked them to make sure the fries are HOT. The server brought cold fries with the meal and went back and brought me another order. They were colder than the original order. We always have to send our soup or chili back to heat up as it’s not even warm enough to melt the cheese.

In the world focused on experiences, you guys are missing the mark. We do enjoy the food but have never been there when we don’t have to send something back.

Have been a long time ordered of the monster pizza. Picked one up tonight and it was pitiful. No toppings all the way around the outside edge and a hardly any sauce and about half the toppings as I usually receive. Really disappointed. Hopefully this is a one off situation but for the price that shouldn’t happen.

Server was nice but it just wasn't a great experience for our first time. We felt like we were not welcomed. The food is quite expensive for the average quality food we received. It's not a bad restaurant, just not one of our go back to places though.

Again...Double Days has NEVER failed us, always great service, always fresh & hot, and the best potato soup we have ever had. We were glad to see the waiter 'Pete' is back. He always makes us feel like family, happy to see us, very attentive to our needs, and truly makes our dining experience most enjoyable...that is hard to find these days!

This was my first time here today, and I truly enjoyed myself. And the food was EXCELLENT!! 😍 👌👍 I had the Super something or other pizza. And I also tried the Bacon Cheese 🍔. The pizza was a 6 outta 10, but that burger... AMAZING!! 😍 SERIOUSLY!
I highly recommend the Bacon Cheese Burger though. And each meal was reasonable on the prices.. About $15 per person, per meal. The waitress was super attentive and helpful. They weren't crowded at all. All in all..I loved it!
