Go somewhere else. This establishment doesn't care about their customers and they do not stay true to their promises. I placed a pick up order through the app. I paid for two sandwiches, got a call from an employee that the bread I wanted on one sandwich wasn't available for the rest of the night. I told the young lady that I only ordered the sandwich because of the bread. I was told by this young lady that I'd be refunded for the sandwich/extra meat, in 7-10 days or however long my bank may take. The sandwich and extra meat were crossed out in red. I even thought to myself, maybe I should keep the receipt just in case. Of course I didn't! Waited the 7-10 days, business days even, never received the refund. Looked everywhere for a customer service email (I work odd hours and am not awake/available to go in during... well, all the time) and sent it only to receive a reply saying "sorry all our menu items weren't available" so I went through my emails for the confirmation email from the night I placed the order, May 26th, and filled out the questionnaire/survey of the order I placed. I received an email back from another representative saying they were truly sorry for the experience I had, and instead of refunding the sandwich/extra meat, they were going to refund my entire order amount of $34.54 for the trouble. Then like magic, never heard back from that man and also never received the newly promised refund. I can see why this location has such a low rating now. Every time I've been there, they've been out of 3 or more ingredients. I'm sorry but I'll just go to Jersey Mikes or elsewhere rather than be scammed by a company that makes more in one day than I do in a month.
Placed an order before closing time and they canceled it. Adjust your open times then if you not going to fulfill the order.

Ordered online at 9pm. Was told they turn off the ovens 45min prior to close and couldn't make my sandwich which was ordered at 9pm an hour before close and was already paid for. Pretty sure this isn't normal operating procedures.
Only one table in the entire place can seat someone with mobility issues. The small table back nearest the restrooms. The booths are unnecessarily high and it's all bar height seating. And bathrooms would be impossible for someone with a large wheelchair.
Usually a big fan of Jimmy John, this location is an exception. Took over an hour for three sandwiches to be delivered that were exceptional small and the wrong cookie was included in the order.
Called us 20 mins after the order was placed to say they were out of pickles. Asked for refund that hasnt happened yet.
Skip this location and go to the jersey mikes next door.
My son and I tried the pickle sandwich with Vito. It was very good, but it is messy. Don't try to eat it in the car lol.

Jimmy John’s is normally my go to when ordering subs and I’ve ordered from this location more times than I can count. I’ve even ordered a large catering order for our entire football team from this location and they only had a couple mistakes. ( I was ok with that for such a large order)
However tonight was beyond disappointing. We got dinner tonight and every single one of our subs had hard old bread. I mean HARD… I had to put mine in the microwave just to bite into it. I ended up just opening the sub and eating the inside of it out. How are you serving this guys???🤷🏼♀️
I could tap my nails on the bread and audibly hear it like I was tapping on my granite countertop. You were obviously aware of this when you made our subs and still decided to serve them to us and charge us full price. I would have declined them for free even. I thought you made your bread fresh daily each morning? 🤔
Not sure what happened here but serious fail and I felt like I needed to let you know.
Hopefully someone in charge reads this and makes sure this doesn’t continue.

Ordered a #7. It was made perfectly by Jaeton and crew. Been awhile since I've had fast food that was both delicious and felt like I got value out of what I ordered. Will be coming back soon.

Good food, fast and friendly. Check the order if it is special. They try, but can mix up special items, leaving off or similar but not the same sandwich
