I placed the order online 20 minutes before my arrival, but they did mot start to make the subs until after my arrival (and after the two ahead of me in line). They were very quick in making the subs once started, but it was useless to order ahead.

So the sub sandwich is good but honestly apart from the shear size, the contents are basically very similar to other chains but for a bigger price tag. Staff friendly and nice enough, but I openly laughed when in the restroom and taking pictures in toilets is really not my thing but I couldn't pass this opportunity up! Bravo to the designers here and the whle branch was clean and tidy, but been there a few times now and it's just always only 1 or two people in at any one time, and the atmosphere is just a bit stale.Vegetarian options: Get the subs but no meat. Have it your way!Dietary restrictions: Ask if there are specific food items but it's pretty much of 'what you see Is what you get'.Parking: Spare space for plenty, at least 10 cars plus a drive thruKid-friendliness: Fine to take kids, it's not posh and they have a high. ChairWheelchair accessibility: Access is ok, pretty sure it's a pull door to get in but can stand corrected if they have an automatic button too.

Ordered a plain Turkey sandwich at the drive thru. Thought it felt a little hollow only to find little pieces of Turkey thrown into the bread. 7.50 for this sandwich. Used to love this location but it’s not like it was a few years ago. Won’t go back.

Just had an awesome experience..long line when I pulled up to drive thru but the workers were clear, efficient, and crushing it to provide super fast service for all the cars. Line went FAST. My order was perfect! He asked if I had rewards and I actually had a discounted sandwich from points.

I thought Jimmy Johns was supposed to be freaky fast? drive thru is freaky slow for only being 3 cars in. ?At least the food is good.

Good food and that really is kind of freaky fast.Good food fastest drive-thru in the city. If I have a lot of work to do but I want to eat. I don't have to get out of the truck.The only way they could be faster as if I didn't have to slow down.Maybe they could provide a way of bringing drivers food and the same way fighter jet refuel in midair.Actually not bad ideas they could call up the Jimmy John's pro. Maybe I could order with a nap and they could bring it to me when I'm within about 10 ft of the store

Had issues delivering so the manager personally came and delivered my sub. I had a long day at work and was craving this sub so bad. I can not thank the employees for everything they are doing to satisfy deliveries. THANK YOU!
