Best tomato sauce in the world, hands down.
Ordered from the completely wrong store. They still stepped to the up to the plate and corrected it and made my food for me. Thank you.
Great food. Had the 937 pizza. Great. Plus the pretzel bites with cheese. Wonderful also!
Soooo good first time and won’t be the last
I literally have no idea why there is even 1 bad review about this place. I've been coming here since I was a kid and every memory I assure you is a positive one! I've never gotten tired of their pizza, and who can forget the awesome mints!
Calzone was so greasy. The bread was going soggy sitting in a pool of grease on the plate
Pepperoni is so flavorful
Food is great, and the staff is wonderful. kind, sweet, attentive!
Food overall was good, hot and fresh. However, there were so many bodies talking and laughing, but seemingly only one person helping the pickup orders. Customer service lacking and orders being messed up. Customers standing there for extended periods to correct incorrect items and not being acknowledged.
Disappointing Experience with LaRosa’s Pan Deep Dish Pizza
I recently had a serious craving for a deep-dish pan pizza after a buddy of mine raved about the one he had. Excited to surprise my family, I placed an online order at my local LaRosa’s for a large pan deep dish pepperoni and a deluxe meat lover’s pizza.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes beyond the estimated pickup time. Once I finally received my pizzas, I immediately noticed they were not what I had ordered—I was given thin crust pizzas instead of the pan deep dish I requested. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told they could remake them, but it would take another 20 minutes. While frustrated, I still wanted what I originally ordered, so I waited.
After finally getting my two large pan deep dish pizzas, I headed home, expecting to enjoy a meal with my family. Unfortunately, when I opened the boxes, I realized both pizzas were undercooked. The deluxe meat lover’s crust was pale, the dough was chewy, and it was barely baked through. The pepperoni pizza had similar issues—it just wasn’t fully done.
At this point, I was beyond frustrated. Food is too expensive these days for restaurants to be making these kinds of mistakes. Not only did they get my order wrong the first time, but even after waiting nearly an extra 30 minutes, the final product was subpar at best.
This experience has completely turned me away from ordering from LaRosa’s again. Next time we’re craving pizza, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere for pizza nights.

Expensive and not very good
Food was incredible and the service was great and my order was ready very fast
Great staff. Always love going to any LaRosas. Always decent waiting times for food and you get sat quickly.
First time trying La Rosa pizza. Always heard good things about it. That turned out wrong. I ordered Chicken alfredo with breadsticks. The breadsticks was disgusting and so was the Alfredo. I didn’t even finish it. Next morning I woke up getting sick. I got food poisoning from the chicken Alfredo from this restaurant. I will not be coming back to this place.
You know, the Focaccia Roma wasn't as good as it once was. You cannot shrink them and raise the price while using less ingredients. The crust wasn't the same either. Usually on the Roma it is thick and crunchy not a dried up piece of flatbread... Guess they'll be joining Friesch's soon?
