Great spot to grab a quick bite. Has a local feel even though there are locations across the country. Got the grilled chicken sandwich on a rye bagel, and it was delicious! Made fresh before our eyes. Definitely busy with the lunch crowd but still got our order in and food prepared quickly.

Avoid on Sundays - Brunch is brutal. That doesn't discount from the AMAZING food and excellent stagg they have! Love the muffin variety!

Usually have great bagels and great service but today the service was terrible! Had 6 people working but only one person making food. And the person making food is working slower than a dead slug. For some reason toasted my bagel but still working on other orders so when I finally get mine, it’s cold with a lump of frozen cream cheese not spread out just lumped in the middle. It was inedible. And the worst part is you’re supposed to tip first? But then have awful service?!

Great atmosphere, very clean quiet and just nice. Service was really good too. Got coffee and muffins. The coffee was really good.

The muffins were…not that good.

While they had lots of options they were pretty and displayed nicely, the quality wasn’t great. They don’t taste any different than 2 day old Kroger muffins sitting in a plastic container that were baked who knows where.

They were all very dense, very sweet & just one note. Drove 20 min to come visit and while it wasn’t a complete disappointment I don’t think I’d go out of my way to come again.

They did have lots of quick breakfast sandwiches that I’d try again if I lived closer. Over all 3.5 but rounding up bc it wasn’t horrible.

I heard a lot about this place so I had to try it for myself the muffins are huge and awesome they got so many varieties I couldn't decide which to get and I also got a sandwich to go and the coffees are great too great and friendly people that work there very good prices I will definitely be coming back quite a bit
