My Favorite Muffin

Absolutely the best muffins and bagels I’ve ever had! I had the mini muffins, and while I’m not generally a fan of muffins, these were moist and tasted amazing. I also had one of the bagel breakfast sandwiches, and you can tell they’re not just heating up frozen bagels—it was fantastic.

They had four or so choices of coffee (similar to Panera), and it tasted great! You know a place like this is good when it’s packed at breakfast time but they still got me in and out fast.

I had an amazing experience here and I felt very well taken care of! When I first walked in, I wasn’t sure what I would order so I stood to the side and browsed the muffins and the menu. One of the associates brought me a paper menu to make it easier for me to make a choice. I thought that was so thoughtful and appreciated the gesture. When I ordered, the cashier was very nice and clarified for me that “the works” bagel is their everything bagel. After I ordered, i spoke with another associate and had a kind conversation. I received my order very quickly, much faster than I anticipated because there were other customers ahead of me. I got the double chocolate muffin, blueberry cheesecake muffin, the veggie only egg sandwich on an everything bagel, a Java chip and a regular coffee. Everything tasted amazing! Thank you!

Great spot to grab a quick bite. Has a local feel even though there are locations across the country. Got the grilled chicken sandwich on a rye bagel, and it was delicious! Made fresh before our eyes. Definitely busy with the lunch crowd but still got our order in and food prepared quickly.

Avoid on Sundays - Brunch is brutal. That doesn't discount from the AMAZING food and excellent stagg they have! Love the muffin variety!

Usually have great bagels and great service but today the service was terrible! Had 6 people working but only one person making food. And the person making food is working slower than a dead slug. For some reason toasted my bagel but still working on other orders so when I finally get mine, it’s cold with a lump of frozen cream cheese not spread out just lumped in the middle. It was inedible. And the worst part is you’re supposed to tip first? But then have awful service?!
