I've visited twice and I'll NEVER BE BK! I'm a foodie and love Mexican food both times food was bad to me. First time I was with girlfriend the staff was horrible mixing up our food and we all ordered at the same time but got our food in major intervals. Very heart breaking because we all wanted to eat together and this was lunch and it wasn't packed. On my second visit it was my daughter's 21st birthday she's was hyped about going. I did tell her the food wasn't great but yet she wanted to go because of the robot. A few of her friends were not 21 but before I got there they treated them so bad I wanted to scream the waitress was frustrated and kept yelling in Spanish at them and they were nice mannered. I told them to chill because I was about to lose it as well. It makes no sense to mistreat anyone who is being nice. They had to get their own take of containers and beg for the bill. Which was crazy! I feel like they treated the kids bad because they were BLACK and young! I look young and I think they thought I was a kid as well I had to redirect her that I wasn't. I was totally offended and I will spend my dollars some where else.

Food was ok. The "fresh" guacamole was good, but only made two when paid for three. Suddenly became nowhere to be found. The decor makes for lots of noise (sound bouncing), so talking to someone across the table was not easy. Overall, it was OK.

Went on a Saturday around 530pm. We had to wait an hour to be seated. But, otherwise my party of 5 had a great time. Table service was great, quick, and we never had to wait for food and drink. They have such a fun place between the dancing robot, waiters/waitresses making balloon animals and a on the spot gauc cart! Great time. Very loud, so if that is something that bothers you, you may want to steer clear around dinner time on a Saturday.

Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of kids there and they loved the robot and balloons. Plus it is loud there so they can be louder and rowdy and no one complains.

Love how the interior is decorated. The music is a bit loud. Fajitas are well seasoned and the steak strips were very tender.

Sensory unfriendly environment. Don’t go here if you don’t want to eat with extremely loud music, uncomfortable seating, slow service, cocktails with ludicrous garnishes, accompanied by a view of tasteless and garish decor. I can’t speak for the food quality as we left after drinks. Super uncomfortable.

We had a great time last year . Foods were good that made me to come back this time . No waiting time at all this time. It was a bonus. But foods were bad, very over seasoning , so salty . I don’t like salty food. I had to order a salad and rice to eat with my seafoods plate. And even though the onion and bell pepper were salty too for steak. Very disappointed this time. Will not come back. But The waitress was nice and restaurant is a pretty place.

I didn't like it, a cockroach came out on my birria pizza and one of the employees went into the bathroom and didn't wash his hands.

I think the staff forgot about my kid's steak. All the other food came close together and they said the steak would be up. No one came by the table until everyone else was almost done eating and I said they still didn't bring his steak. Then after waiting for another long period of time they finally brought out a cut of steak that looked nothing like it should have... They cut it all up and laid it on a plate... The absolute worst way you could serve a steak and not how it's pictured in the menu. Also no one said their food was good. Kinda just eating it to eat and get done. My tacos had huge amounts of fat. I posted a picture of the fat removed from 3 tacos. A massive piece of fat was in one which left like no meat. Not good. After the delay with my kid's food it felt like we were being rushed out (not busy, no wait, and several tables open). Tried to celebrate a birthday for a kid... Asked for small plates and forks. Server brought plates only and left. I had an ice cream cake that was melting. Couldn't get help to get a knife, or forks. So I just packed up my stuff, paid and left. It was a disappointment.

I reserved a spot in the back at the restaurant three weeks prior to my birthday celebration. When I got there I had to wait 20 minutes. The service was horrible. The waitress rolled her eyes. They were rude to us. We waited two hours for our food was cold. It was nasty. They said that we don’t get no returns. If we did not want our food we had to take it, and they took tips out without even asking us Overall that place gets a one star I will not be returning back and it was my birthday Celebration and all my guest were displeased as well. This should not be happening by being my first time experiencing this it’s supposed to be a whole vibe, but I did not get that. I literally wanna call corporate just to complain and tell them how horrible that restaurant is that needs to close the restaurant don’t need to be open. Leaving at Alex Bell Road. That’s what I heard that it was good there, but not the one in Huber Heights Ohio they need to close that restaurant forGood.

We visited on a Saturday night- also Margarita day, so I expected it to be busy, but honestly wasn’t any busier than normal Fridays and Saturdays that we have been in.

We had a party of 6- I called at 11am to see if they did reservations and they were unable to accommodate but shared they would put me on a call ahead list. We got there, checked in and I was advised it would be an hour wait. The people in front of me did not call ahead and they were told 45 minutes. Honestly, I’m not sure what the call ahead even did- but I didn’t mind waiting because the food has always been amazing.

While we were waiting, at least 10 tables between the two dining rooms sat empty, so I assume staffing was low.

We ordered table side guacamole which is ALWAYS incredible. 10/10 recommend. We all ordered drinks from the bar and then about 10 minutes later the waitress came to take our order for our food. Our food arrived before our drinks did. When they gave us our food, we had to ask several times for silverware, and finally they brought us little packets of plastic silverware because they were “all out.” Less than 5 minutes later another table was seated near us and they got real silverware. This wouldn’t be a big deal except two people got the ramen and it literally melted their plastic flimsy spoons and made it almost impossible to eat. Someone at my table got a quesadilla and it was soggy- not appetizing. And the fajitas were not brought out with tortillas or the sides it says you get.

When our drinks finally did make it out, we got them in plastic cups- when a lot of the other tables got actual glasses.

Overall it was fine, but the previous 4 times we came we were not let down like this time. For 2 entrees, 2 drinks, and tableside guac it was $110 and because we had a party of 6 they put auto gratuity on there- 18%.

We unfortunately probably won’t be back for a while, which is a shame because that guacamole is very delicious!

the food was pretty good but the service was shitty. saw other people getting way better service so it was probably just the waiter we had. not really worth the time or price in my opinion.the Texan Fajita was pretty good, a little over cooked and too little sour cream but not bad. churros were subpar, the cart it came in was dirty and sticky. id rather go to el trumpo for the same price but better food.
