The woman waiting on me could not possibly have been ruder. She made my drink wrong (iced instead of hot-from other reviews, this seems to be par for the course for this location) and acted like it was MY fault when I asked her to remake it. I picked it up and asked her if they usually default to iced in the summer months, since this has happened to me before at other locations and I was curious. The older gentleman that works here is extremely friendly, I remember when he worked in the wine department he has such a pleasant attitude. He’s a great asset to this company. When I see he’s working I know my order will taste right
