Had a good experience today (Monday afternoon). Friendly person waited on me, (sorry I don't know her name, but she seemed to be working by herself) sandwich was quickly made to order. There was even a hand written note on the bag. Nice touch - it made me smile.

I love this subway! I get my lunch here all of the time, and it's perfect each and every time! I put my order in through the app, and when I go to pick it up, Diane greets me with a smile and wishes me a great day! Unlike Chipotle, Subway does online orders correctly and doesn't skimp on the goods! They also have a new loyalty program where every fourth footlong is free! Great job, Diane, for your service and keeping that subway tip top!

I ordered a large catering order for a baby shower and was beyond pleased. Everything was fresh and the veggies were in separate containers to keep the bread from getting soggy. There were plenty of condiments included and even tongs for the veggies. I will definitely be ordering from this store again.

These days I primarily stick to ordering on the app. Each time I have ordered here for lunch the past few times, my order has been ready to go, prepared well and exactly what I ordered. That type of consistency is appreciated. 😊

There was only one worker but made the most of it. The sandwich was amazing, she took her time and made conversation while making it. The environment was amazing and she said if I did a reveal I got a free cookie! This subway is the bomb during lunch time😊

It depends on the employee. Some are very kind. There are those who are not. Sometimes the the vegetables are fresh and sometimes they are not. This particular store is a hit or miss.

We haven't gotten Subway in year and after this experience most likely won't get it for years to come. The subs were average. That's fine sandwiches are sandwiches.The employee working tonight forgot our 2 pretzels which was the whole reason for the order being placed. We had to drive all the way back no big deal. He then told us he had no idea we even ordered them even though he's the one who made our order. He was on the phone the whole time with someone probably why he missed part of order. Customer service was lacking and the overcooked forgotten pretzels is a shame to Auntie Anne's.
