Frosty machine is down a lot or just order vanilla and they give you chocolate because there are out Most the time they don't even ask they just change it when it clearly says vanilla on the receipt

I ordered 2 of the wednesday addams meals through doordash along with 2 other meals and spent over $50 just for them to not send anything besides the wednesday meals and a jr bacon cheeseburger that was so smashed and burnt that it looked like it was cooked the day prior!! It was DISGUSTING!!! everything was so nasty and cold! Didn't give any of the sauces that the meals come with zero out of 10 would not recommend going to this wendys or placing any doordash orders through them 🥴🤦‍♀️

Last night (8/9) around 10 PM, my wife and I stopped at the Wendy’s in Centerville on Wilmington Pike near Clyo Rd. When we pulled up, the menu board was barely lit—only one light was working. While I was looking over the menu, I made small talk with the employee taking orders, asking how her day was going. Out of nowhere, another female voice cut in over the headset and said, “Stop talking and just order your food.”

My wife and I were stunned. I asked her to repeat what she said, and she did—word for word. This wasn’t a joke or playful banter; it was rude and completely unprofessional. I’ve worked multiple drive-thru jobs myself and would never speak to a customer like that. We were so put off that we left without ordering.

I called the store afterward, but no one answered. This was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

A few weeks ago I went to this Wendy’s around 12. I knew it was lunchtime so might be busy. I did NOT expect, however, to be waiting in like for 30 minutes and only moving three cars ahead. I didn’t even get to the speaker before I left. This was my half hour lunch break so I didn’t get to eat. I ended up calling corporate and complaining. They told me a manager would reach out to me. Fast forward a week and I still hadn’t heard from anyone. I called corporate back and they were like a manager will get with you blah blah blah. Fast forward ANOTHER week and I still haven’t heard anything. I went to this Wendy’s again because I was craving their cheese fries. The lady was incredibly rude and, once again, the wait was a bit excessive. This is honestly the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I’m usually not someone who complains, and definitely not someone who writes bad reviews often, but my experience with them has been terrible. I’ve never received such awful customer service.

Went to Wendy at 01:00a and refused to take my order in. Only accepting DoorDash orders. If you are open til 02:00a please update your times to only DoorDash on your website so we know ahead of time.

Came around 11:30pm on a Tuesday (online and door states that they close at 2am) We waited for a while in the drive thru, attempted at walking up to the door, then waited at the drive thru until a lady opened the window and stated that the drive thru wasn’t working (employees were wearing headsets ) and continued to shut the drive thru when we informed her there were 4-5 cars remaining in the drive thru waiting to be helped. the young lady along with another young boy employee petty walking between their prius on the parking lot and behind the counter multiple times as we waited. Extremely lazy employees, simply just did not feel like working while at least 3 hours remained of their shift.

They charged me for a full baconator but gave me a son of baconator and the strawberry lemonade that I ordered they didn't inform me that they didn't have it in stock and tried to give me a hi-ci fruit punch. And when I asked for a receipt they didn’t have the paper to give it to me a copy and they said they couldn't give me a refund waste of $15. DONT GO HERE AT NIGHT THESE KIDS DIDNT CARE.

I’m never one to leave reviews, yet alone a negative one. But this experience today leaves me no choice. I’ve worked customer service for years, and these people need to lighten up. I am very understanding during rushes, and stress during low staffed situations but I’m not the enemy. My wife said thank you MULTIPLE times and they couldn’t even smile or speak back in general. We waited in line for 30 minutes to receive cold food??!? If you hate your job get a new one and stop taking it out on the customers, period. It’s always something this is why so many people stop going to this location. They need a new team and shame on whoever the manager is this place is ran horribly. Being a manager myself this is sad lol, do better. Most rude and unprofessional people i’ve seen in awhile. Will not be coming back!
