Drive through. All food was on par. Service, ehn...meh. I had to repeat my order 3x and still got no sauce for my nuggies. Quick, but inaccurate. Value was good.

Went through drive through quick service ordered a spicy chicken sandwich chicken was so tough and they forgot my cheese on the sandwich second Wendys went to today went to this one because 90 percent there great again people drive through really nice fries good had to go here extra drive the other one in Franklin St centerville was a complete disaster

I’m a ride share driver, and my last several experiences at this location have been mixed. I try to leave fair reviews if I can. The staff are usually great, if there ever are any staff there. The lobby is constantly closed and you never know when it will be open. This location is far too busy to only have the drive thru available. There have been many times that the wait has been so long that I’ve had to unassign the order because it’s made the pickup time so late. We are told when to pick the order up and once we arrive, if it’s been 10 minutes or more past the pickup time, we are able to unassign it without being penalized. As a ride share worker, things like this affect our ratings and our earnings potential. I’m not sure if this is a staff retention issue or just a scheduling issue, but this has been going on for several months as far as I’ve seen.

We pulled into the parking lot around 7:45am (an hour past opening), and tried to go inside as our driver’s window is broken. Both doors to the lobby were locked. Tried to call to see if they closed it, and no answer. So we drove off, and as we did it seemed like they weren’t even taking drive-thru orders either as there was a long line piling up and the person at the speaker didn’t seem like they were being helped. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what, but that’s no excuse to lock the drive thru window on a customer. Terrible service and manners.

I ordered from the mobile app for pickup around 530pm. When I arrived the doors were locked so I had to wait 5 minutes in the drive thru to get my order. I ordered 2 Asiago Chicken sandwiches with sauce and they gave me 1 classic chicken and 1 spicy with no sauces. Couldn't go in to get sauce and the drive thru line was long. Terrible experience all around.

Waited in fairly long line just to get home and realize all orders are wrong. And back to find dining room locked. So back in the car to wait in long line a second time. What should have been a 10 minute transaction is now over and hour and still in line

We were using grubhub pick up for the first time. We met Jennifer with a cold sore at the window. She said mobile orders go inside and instructed us that it was “listed on the apps”. It was not. So we tried to explain what we saw but she was not listening and coming off as aggressive to the point my partner left crying thinking he did something wrong. Jennifer needs to learn to listening and not gaslighting customers. She also forgot the dipping sauces.

Just too many times coming here and random issues from pulling up forever ignoring at the speaker to receiving a weird salad mix, missing items, repeating yourself on extremely uncomplicated orders, …just all of the above and a couple firsts.

Don't believe their hours on here, they close at different times..I just went through the drive thur 9:15 on a Saturday night, they said they were closed...this really used to be our go to place in our neighborhood for fast food, but honestly they are so super unreliable anymore..

I tried calling them twice now but I just left here. I ordered two crispy chicken biggie bags. When I got home. I had one crispy chicken and a bacon burger and chicken sandwich??? LOL

I called twice but ended up getting an automated voice asking for a recovery code? Maybe the number doesnt work? I'm just big disappointed because they mess up on orders from time to time but this one really takes the cake.
