Have not had chocolate frosty available in months yet it remains on the app as available. If you order a chocolate frosty on the app, they will make you a vanilla one Without asking first or even telling you that they don’t have chocolate until you receive the vanilla one. If you don’t want a vanilla one they will get visibly annoyed with you, throw it dramatically in the trash can while rolling their eyes, and murmur under their breath.
The burgers look like they are made with hate. It’s worth it to drive up the road to a different location and get treated better.

Got spicy chicken nuggets carry out. Told them to make sure it was hot. Started driving and they were barely warm.
So check your food, as it might be cold!

Frosty machine is down a lot or just order vanilla and they give you chocolate because there are out Most the time they don't even ask they just change it when it clearly says vanilla on the receipt

I ordered 2 of the wednesday addams meals through doordash along with 2 other meals and spent over $50 just for them to not send anything besides the wednesday meals and a jr bacon cheeseburger that was so smashed and burnt that it looked like it was cooked the day prior!! It was DISGUSTING!!! everything was so nasty and cold! Didn't give any of the sauces that the meals come with zero out of 10 would not recommend going to this wendys or placing any doordash orders through them 🥴🤦‍♀️

Last night (8/9) around 10 PM, my wife and I stopped at the Wendy’s in Centerville on Wilmington Pike near Clyo Rd. When we pulled up, the menu board was barely lit—only one light was working. While I was looking over the menu, I made small talk with the employee taking orders, asking how her day was going. Out of nowhere, another female voice cut in over the headset and said, “Stop talking and just order your food.”

My wife and I were stunned. I asked her to repeat what she said, and she did—word for word. This wasn’t a joke or playful banter; it was rude and completely unprofessional. I’ve worked multiple drive-thru jobs myself and would never speak to a customer like that. We were so put off that we left without ordering.

I called the store afterward, but no one answered. This was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
