I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. “Such an amazing restaurant! Craig, our bartender was so engaging and kept us laughing all afternoon! He also told us so many cool tidbits about the restaurant (e.g., the custom made chandelier in the background of my pic weighs 1,900 pounds and made out of metal nuts, ya know, like nuts and bolts, and is titled “The World is Nuts”). Now, let’s talk menu! The food is so delicious and the menu has so many options! The food is all freshly prepared, no frozen pre-packaged ANYTHING here! You can’t go wrong, especially at happy hour! “Fantastic lunch with a great friend! couldn't decide between a couple items so the waitress suggested their Toofer - basically a soup and sandwich. I got the Seafood Bisque cup and a half Ruben sandwich. Both tasted great and waitress was spot on (there when we needed her and not there when we didn't need her). Our server last night was Amanda. The employees are always friendly, attentive, and working hard to serve the customers (whether they be dine in or customers picking up). The girls are always moving quickly, and with a purpose. My wife and I are vegetarian, and there are plenty of meatless dishes to enjoy. Sometimes when a restaurant first opens, it takes a few weeks to get everything running smoothly, but you wouldn’t know it here. The manager and staff are friendly and very hard working. It’s centrally located and whether i’m eating in or taking out, The Cafe Honeycomb manages their business like you are their only customer, with attention to every detail.
