Pleasant and friendly staff and atmosphere. Cocktails are good and tasty. Food is good but a little pricey.
Food was ok, did NOT look like what was on the menu. Server was nice. Service was slower than expected. Everything was good though.
The waitress was good. The food, when we were finally served, was good.
We stopped at the Chillicothe, OH location on Father's Day. Over half the restaurant was empty. We stood at the front, waiting to be seated. 5 minutes later, the waitress asked if the hostess had met with us. No. We were told there would be a 15 minute wait (in an almost empty restaurant). Meals, like the Two for $25 chicken and hamburger, exceed expectations in taste and size. While a few issues with food may arise, servers quickly address concerns. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with a great menu for children. Customers appreciate the fast and friendly service, always greeted with a smile. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the food quality is consistently good, with steaks cooked just right and drinks served perfectly by the bartender. Overall, Applebee's in Chillicothe is highly recommended for both lunch and dinner occasions.
