Ordered lunch from here today. Went to pick it up and stood at the counter for 15-20 minutes without being helped one time. Had a waitress that was working behind the counter look at me 3 separate times without once ever asking if I needed help and she even asked the gentleman that sat down at the counter if he needed anything. Carls used to be a great place to grab breakfast or lunch. The service was always outstanding and the food came out quick. The last couple times I've been there they have 1 server trying to keep up with all the tables and carry outs. She can only do so much. I just ordered to go breakfast there today and waited 45 minutes for biscuits and gra y and French toast. I think this will be my last visit unfortunately
Had a great lunch last Wednesday, my extra pickle cheese burger was so good. We even ordered a burger for Cali (our dog) lol Jessica took care of us and she did such a great job! I absolutely appreciate great service!
