This is our go to Mexican restaurant, previously we've been to others in Chillicothe prior to Garcia's opening and they don't compare to the authenticity and ingenuity of Garcia's. If you haven't tried the birria yet.... It's the best I've had to date.

We're in the area for work and ordered a birria pizza for takeout and it was amazing! The consomme was delicious. We also got a side of elote which was great. There was plenty of sauces as well. The regular salsa was awesome, there was some queso, and my favorite which was the mango salsa. The chips are a mix between corn and flour and so good too. Everything was fresh and seemed home-made, and it was ready quickly. I wish this wasn't 3 hours away from me!

I travel all alo g the east coast for work and this is definitely in the top 3 BEST mexican restaurant's to be found, and you can not ask for better people and service....
