The Boba teas are magical. Macarons are the best we’ve had anywhere and we had tried in various places in many states. Don’t get me started on the other various sweets. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I thought my favorite item here was the delicious kerfluffles, until I tried a brown sugar pop tart cookie today. I officially have a new favorite dessert!
5 Stars all around for this bakery! My favorite is the Harry Potter day butter beer cheesecake. Their new pop tart cookies are fantastic as well.

You definitely can’t go wrong with the cheesecake….especially the Key Lime! We haven’t tried abolishing we didn’t like! So glad to have such a nice local bakery!

The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I love the themed days that they do there. The cakes and treats are themed and the employees dress up too! Always fun to pop in there and grab something delicious!

The managers do not care to teach the staff how to make good tapioca boba. I've eaten sheep eyeballs that were chewier. You can't call it chewy if it doesn't chew. Each boba ball loses shape and worse yet has an awful gritty texture that just turns to sand in your cup and you can't drink it. It's like liquid drywall. Sweet or not. The staff are not at fault. The managers apparently own the "rainbow boba " in town as well and it is JUST AS BAD about the boba if not WORSE.
THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF FLAVORS BUT NO COMMON SENSE.
They may as well not serve it.
If you have a sweet tooth, the snacks are a bit decadent but nice.
IF YOU MANAGERS READ THIS. GO TO MILK JAR IN CINCI. COPY HOW THEY DO IT. There's not really an excuse. You charge 8 DOLLARS FOR A SMALL. You gotta TRY to make it THIS BAD. And it has been a YEAR OR MORE of steady decline in quality of the only boba shops in town.
I ALWAYS BUY IT EVERY TIME I'M IN TOWN BECAUSE I WANT THESE KIDS TO BE OKAY AND HAVE JOBS. I SPENT OVER $100 IN THE LAST YEAR AND IT JUST RUINS MY DAY. EVERY. TIME. I bit my tongue for over a year.

I go for this place for the bubble tea usually. The only thing I always complaint about is the tapioca (the pearls) they are very undercooked, very hard or can also be hust bad quality of tapioca. The smoothie flavors are also good. I hope they can cook the tapioca better or get a better quality tapioca.
