It’s one of the better Starbucks I’ve visited as far as the drinks go. Most of the baristas are very nice and friendly. The only issue is the location. There is a tiny park space and if they are busy the drive thru line backs up into the street where the local pd is watching often to fine customers. The city put a sign up warning ppl not to stop there because of wrecks the stopped traffic has caused and so on but it still happens several times a day. A new one is suppose to...
Very rude customer service and unwilling to be helpful. Couldn't even get an apology. I was told there was nothing they cold do. I would have to work it out online with customer service. Customer service was a God send. But this Starbucks was not.I had asked for a chocolate covered strawberry creme Frappuccino (the drink is a supposed to be a pretty pink color) with extra strawberry and less chocolate. I understand if you run out of items, but make that correction online...
I always have a good experience here and the employees are always nice. I just left there today and the barista, Ashle, was super nice and very great at her job! However, I do feel bad that everytime I come here there is only one person working. I couldn’t imagine being the only person working at a very fast paste coffee shop.
