We love to go to the Pour House prior to Majestic events. I usually make reservations. Twice now we have been greeted by a Hostess who is somewhat rude. Last night we arrived at 5:53 for a 6pm reservation. She told us that they were seating on time and that they would be with us in a few minutes. Looking around the restaurant I noticed several empty tables, at 6:15 we were seated at one of the tables that had been empty the entire time we had been there for our 6pm reservation-OK...read full review
We waited for over 35 minutes just for our drinks. Food was cold and just unimpressive. This was my 3rd time here and every time I have had terrible time with service and food. Very disappointing
