The lady taking orders was very very rude to my husband he just left there!! He was getting me lunch since I have covid and can't leave the house! Being rude is one thing but don't yell at your customers!! This was in the drive thur!!! I won't be back and I had alot of friends left this Wendy's and went to the other one on bridge st across town

David at 6:27 on December 10th 2023, wouldn't make things right. ASKED for chicken nuggets being out to replace with just plain chicken patty from $1.99 sandwich. We were charged for them on the mobile app but then them not having regular nuggets was NOT conveyed to us until we showed up. We were offered fries, frosty, or spicy chicken nuggets instead. We explained that due to our dietary restrictions (diabetes (have to limit carbs) and multiple stomach issues (IBS, GERD, ect) we couldn't do all the extra carbs from a frost or extra fries, or the spice of spicy nuggets). We made a very simple ask a plain chicken patty in replacement of the nuggets. We were told that if that's what we wanted we would have to pay an additional $3-4 for the plain chicken patty to replace the nuggets we already paid for when the chicken sandwich only costs $1.99. How does this even make sense your going to Charge up to double what the sandwich costs when you sell it outright for half that, to replace something you couldn't give me and still charge me for the thing that is missing? While there we witnessed an employee that was upset due to poor inventory and management of shift prep, she said something to management and took out her phone and took a picture I hope someone higher up see's it. We were able to drive down the road 3min to another Wendy's and get great, fast, reliable, and respectful service. I hope this helps someone to prevent them from having a similar experience. We will also be contacting corporate. But this location has lost any repeat service from us or our family and really doesn't reflect well on their brand. This was also our daughter's birthday (which I told them) and that made it even worse!Dietary restrictions: BLATANTLY disregarded dietary needs offered high carb and spicy options in replace of plain chicken nuggets, not acceptable!Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly Based on how the manager spoke to us in front of our child and blatantly disregarded dietary needs when they were out of something. He made it very clear that he just didn't care.

Simply got a Dave's double. Fresh made but all the wrong way. I had to tell counter person 2 x what I wanted on it. Once I drove away and started eating it, things I did not order or want on it, were.I will admit, it was very good, would have been perfect if it came the way I ordered it.
Everything was super fresh and delicious. They were super busy and understaffed but the staff handled it well and were very curteous.

I walked in and was avoided. Staff was hiding. Finally, I was told they were out of nuggets, out of fries, out of Chicken Sandwiches and out of Sweet Tea.Then I asked what they did have and the manager yelled out from the back "We can't do anything about it!" A kind young man working popped out and said "I can drop your nuggets for you!"I asked thanked him but declined seeing as I am being made feel very unwelcome. Sorry I tried to get food.Manager is tall large man with facial hair.

Horrible down to every detail. It's honestly impressive. I asked three times for order corrections and even after all that they messed up. I asked for fries to add which was $3 and they never gave them to me. ended up going home with two completely messed up sandwiches. I do not recommend at all unless you want to waste money. Never got a receipt.
