SushiNati - Hyde Park

I am so sad they are no longer open at this location. This was my family's #1 pick for birthday, report card, and "just because we want great sushi" celebrations. The service was always excellent, gracious and welcoming. Hot sake always hit the spot. We will miss our Seoul 3501 family gatherings.

We were craving sushi and found this place randomly on Google. The place wasn’t too busy on a Saturday night so we had no trouble parking in the lot or getting seated. The restaurant had a cool modern vibe with fun murals on the walls and the staff was very friendly. Seems like a family business which I am happy to support.The sushi menu was unique and creative. I was pleasantly surprised after my first visit here. I'll start with my conclusion: this is a great bang for your buck place that doesn't sacrifice quality. Portions were large/satisfying while prices were below average for a sushi spot. I usually use the rainbow roll to judge the quality and freshness of the seafood at a sushi place, and they passed the test here. The Mt Lookout roll was also pretty unique and very tasty.
