Poor customer service experience I'm not surprised the parking lot was full but this restaurant was empty. I was greeted by a polite gentleman initially. While reading the menu another person walked up and said nothing never a hello nor would you like help deciding. Eventually I look up and say hello. Then finished perusing the menu. Once I figured out what i wanted I placed my order. I inquired how long he said five minutes. I said five minutes to prepare chicken. He said yes. I asked how long has it been sitting out. Not long was his reply. As I thought to myself he told me a total. I said ok I'll be right back. He began to demand I pay smh. Nah I pay when the food is ready. Turns out this rudey was Paul who says he is the area general manager. Precooked chicken in a sit-down restaurant and poor customer service. Save your money and spare yourself the salmonella

Aladdin's is one of the tastiest restaurants that you can usually walk into and sit right down. With a great Mediterranean menu, the fresh and healthy options are packed with flavor. Service here is always friendly. Desserts are delicious too. Good to know: the iced tea is top tier.

I stopped in at 8PM on Sunday with my wife and daughter. The beef tips were very dry and literally tasted burned. The hummus was watery. The kibbie was previously frozen, tasteless, and overcooked. I’ve had better grape leaves from a can. It was one of my worst meals ever.

The service was good but the food was not.Watery hummus, rice not seasoned. Chicken shawarma that was not shawarma at all.The cheese pitza for its price was juste a hard pita bread with shedar supermarket sheese with sprinkles of feta. One other thing, fries were not available.

Aladdin's is phenomenal for almost any type of food preference, from meat dishes to vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian most people will be able to find something here that they can eat and I have to commend them on that. Past that the food is delicious, flavorful, and light. Their hummus and tabouli are phenomenal starters and any of their rolled pitas are worth a try. If you are in the mood for Lebanese or Mediterranean styled dishes it is a fantastic option.

Always great service and food. We loved their Valentine's Day special! As a couple with one vegetarian, Aladdin's is a go-to for us.

Amazing food and service! Love, love their baba ganoush as well as their other Mediterranean dishes. Haven't had anything bad here, recommend!

We stopped here on our way downtown. The parking was tight and traffic was heavy in the restaurants area. We have been to the other location and liked it. We tried different things this time but next time will stick with what we normally get hummas, tabuli and pitas. We started with Sfiha which was ok. It was like a spicy hamburger mix in a grilled pita. I say ok because we were expecting more of a dip like the hummus or tabuli. I would get it again just maybe not as an appetizer. I had the Aladdin favorite combo that came with a salad and pasta (looked like rice) and three different meats. Really good. My husband ordered Jasmines favorite with tuna. The tuna was way overcooked and dry. The dish description was a little misleading because it starts out with beans as an ingredient and he likes beans but it was mainly rice with a few other veggies mixed in. We should have known better since it was called Jasmine. I offered to switch plates with him since I suggested his to him but he choked it down complaining with every bite. The tuna WAS dry so therefore a three star review.

Today was my second time at this Aladdin’s and it was delicious!! I got the new Genie’s plate and it was delicious! I also tried the stuffed grape leaves, since I love them, and they are some of the best I have had!

I have in the past appreciated Aladdin's but on yesterday's visit I was really disappointed. The food was absolutely unimpressive. I first ordered beans and rice without toppings. I got a plate full of rice with three (3) red beans visible, and a meager sprinkling of peas and diced carrot. The menu promised beans and rice with vegetables. I asked if I could get something else, and ordered the mujadara. This is one of my favorite dishes that I've cooked for years. I got a large portion of unseasoned, dry lentils and some rice, smothered in fried onions. Lazy cooking, imho. Mujadara is a delicious somewhat soupy stew of lentils and rice mixed with lots of garlic and onions cooked until caramelized, and fragrant with cumin and cinnamon. I had to ask for some tahini sauce and used my lunch companion's unused salad dressing to give it some moisture and flavor. I won't return there - they must have had a change of chef or something.
