I’m giving a high rating for service because the servers are working very hard, trying to keep up while being understaffed. The food however, has gone downhill as the prices keep climbing

Ordered take out and sent my fiance to pick it up. It was estimated to be done at 9:21 per thier app(I placed the order at 9:01). My fiance got there at 9:21 and had clicked the text link before leaving. that prompts you to let them know we are on the way to pick it up. Upon arrival he was told the food wasn't ready yet- No problem. Then the woman up front notices the waffle fries appetizer had been sitting up by take out and got cold while waiting on the other food. She offered to have them remake it and went to the back. 25 minutes go by and she notices my fiance is still waiting and goes back to check to see if they are done. She comes out and says they don't have any more waffle fries so the kitchen didn't remake them and the originals were cold and pitched. She offered for us to come back for them another time or refund for the waffle fries. He opted to come back for them another time as we were really excited to try the new fries. He gets home and we notice that the food is messy, not done right and liquid from the containers all over the inside of the bag. I paid extra for the shrimp and parmesan to be added as a topper for the bourbon steak. It wasn't on it, the 8 ounce steak was more the size of a 6 ounce and slid into the potatoes, which were supposed to be their signature garlicky Mashed potatoes we typically love. They had no garlic flavor. The chicken was dry and over cooked and also sloppily packaged. Last but not least, we orders the pretzels with Beer cheese for an appetizer. The beer cheese dip was CURDLED! SO DISGUSTING! To say we are frustrated and extremely disappointed in our food is an understatement. This is ridiculous. The money spent is the same in store as take out, however we have never been so poorly taken care of when sitting in the restaurant itself. My fiance was told we would have to reach out to the manager tomorrow, as there was NO Manager in the store! Who has a store operated without a manager available to assist with issues like these? We tried to call the store at 9:53 once we opened everything and realized how bad it was, no one answered the phone! Horrible experience and would not recommend this restaurant.

We were in a party of 6 and 1 of our guests food didnt come until an hour after everyone elses. The staff didnt come out to explain until bringing her food and just sat it down said sorry and walked away.

I tried to dine on two different occasions within a month. It was apparent they did not have enough employees to serve. Half of the restaurant was empty and both times at least 12 people standing at the door for at least 20 min before many of us left. The first time was on a Friday night but this time on a Monday night. I will NOT try again. I think new management is needed before this store follows many of the other Applebees fate.

This location is absolutely horrible with to go orders , I have ordered multiple times for my kid and what I thought was my delivery driver stealing the food or something because my order would never come with the kids meals , come to find out they didn’t have said menu items , if you didn’t have the menu items why was I charged for them anyway !? Also is it that hard to pick up a phone and call the customer and let them know that ? Especially when waiting a full hour for the order ! Worst customer service ever ! Do better !

Won’t let you give them a zero.I went here December 21, 2023, this is the chicken I was served. The manager of the hour gave me 10% off. The next day I had surgery. The more I thought about it the angrier I got. I could have gotten 10% off because I’m a veteran. So when I was able a few days later I called and spoke with another manager. She said she would refund my money. She said it would take a 10-14 days. I understand things can be slow so I waited 3-4 weeks. I called again and spoke with manager Nicole. She said she would try it again. It has been over a month so I called back yesterday. The guy that answered the phone said Nicole was coming in soon he would give her my number to call and talked to another manager about the situation. No return phone call. Today I try again and no one answers the phone. I will never go there again.

Not very good anymore..... southwest chicken bowl had barely any chicken. I'm not talking a small portion or a few pieces, I mean 0, none and it is ridiculous for 12+ dollars..... forgot an item on my order and I had to return.... I have to echo some others when they say service has gone downhill as well as the quality of food unfortunately. The horrible part about it all is this all happens when the restaurant isn't that busy....

Terrible Crapplebees location. I had to walk around the restaurant to get in because the front doors were locked at 7:45pm for whatever reason....After waiting 15 minuites they gave me the completely incorrect take out order...I must have got someone else's.... Meaning there is at least 1 other person who got the wrong order.... Also staff made me feel like I was a newsence just for coming in.

Applebee's continues to be a reliable choice for a delicious meal in a comfortable atmosphere. I recently dined at the [insert location if desired] location and had a wonderful experience. I tried their Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, and it was fantastic. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portion size was generous. My friend had the Fiesta Lime Chicken, and it was equally delicious. The ambiance at Applebee's is always welcoming, whether you're out for a casual meal or a celebration with friends. The service was attentive, and our server made sure we had everything we needed. With a diverse menu and consistently tasty dishes, Applebee's remains a favorite go-to spot. Absolute horrible service! I stopped in for lunch. I ordered my drink which I received promptly. I counted a total of 8 people in the restaurant at that time. My server cut up limes and just restaurant walked restaurant doing absolutely nothing. A person from one of the two tables that were in the restaurant went over to the bar and asked her to come over because apparently she was too busy. Finally when she did come over to me 15 minutes later to take my order, I told her I don’t have an hour for lunch and you never did ask me what I wanted until now, so I just paid for my drink and walked out and will never go back
