The guy Terry who was taken care of my family was so nice and friendly. Felt bad for him bc there was only 2 ppl working in the back and Terry was running drive thru and front 😪. But he was so friendly and helpful, needs to be more ppl working to help him out. Also needs to be more workers like Terry he went above and beyond for is even tho. He was busy.

Went after my reward of $1 cheese sticks, and couldn't resist an Arby's roast beef. They were super nice. My sticks perfect!!! My so decided they are his new favorite. Even with all of the construction, it's worth going out of your way.
This is one of the best experiences we've had at an Arby's in a very long time. The workers were the best, and friendliest. Keep up the great work and thank you for making our day 😁

Went in and after being ignored for a few minutes a guy asks me what I wanted. I told him a double roast beef. He said ok that will be $12.78. I just turned and left. I just don't have the patience anymore. I know these are just kids running these places but I'm getting too old to put up with the constant terrible service. I looked up the price was $7.75.
