Ethen was very nice and apologetic for our wait. He was the only one working and it made me wonder what kind of General Manager of a restaurant would leave their night manager to work by themselves… That’s pretty sad and I will be calling the corporate office because that’s not right to do that!!! When I was a GM and my store was short staffed I brought myself in to help!!! The GM should be FIRED!!!

My husband and I arrived at the Eastgate/Cincinnati Arby's at 9:40 pm on a Sunday. There were only 2 people working as they explained that they were short staffed. They both apologized for the delay in taking our order and getting out food. However, we received our food relatively quickly. The order was prepared accurately, and the food was hot and delicious. Whatever these kind and hard-working employees are being paid is not enough!

I love Arby's and always have for a while. Their food is always hot and fresh. The only complaint is I wish they'd bring their breakfast back I used to love their breakfast.
