Apparently the management here does not want to hire more than one person per shift to run the entire store. I've been here several times simply because of the proximity to home, and every time there is one person working, end of the drive-thru wait times are ridiculously long.

Great selection of good food. Some people forget it's still fast food. They hire the bottom of the barrel, you're not going to get top end service

They are almost always super busy, but they keep the lines moving rather quickly. One thing I've noticed though is that they are almost always out of multiple menu items. I mean I'm not fast food restaurant manager but you would think you would notice "hey we keep running out of the same 4-6 items, maybe I should order quite a bit more of those items so I'm not always running out of it." I Went there just before closing ,and was pleasantly surprised by their outstanding service, not to mention the cleanliness of the store. I was treated as though I was the first customer of the day!
