First off, no disrespect to the young man that took my order but it would be nice if there was a standard uniform oppose to handling food in clothes that looked slept in. It's just food industry etiquette. But he was a pleasant young man and also very concerned about one of the other workers that seemed upset about something. I like that he checked on her.

Food wise, the pretzel was hard and extremely salty to the point I trashed it after two bites...it was that bad. Maybe today was just an off day all around.

I hope the manager is reading this. There were three employees on a Sat night literally just goofing off instead of tending to customers. Good help is hard to find here guess

Miss B, the general manger and Sherry are so delightful! I go out of my way to go to this location bc the pretzels are always fresh and delicious, the store is always clean and the service is top notch.

Bought a pretzel that and hardly no salt on it whatsoever it was like eating a dough ball, that it was still warm, but had almost no salt on it whatsoever bland very bland. Taste definitely not worth the money or the time and effort to stop.

Visited this Auntie Anne's outlet within the Kenwood Towne Center. Bought an order of Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels. The long burned Pretzel is coated with sugar or has an abundance of sugar spread on top of it. I am not a big fan!

Nothing special about this location. Didn't find the branch very customer friendly. Besides, I wouldn't also recommend buying any of the different menu items as they aren't very healthy! I would suggest that it's best to avoid buying any of the items sold.

Food was supposed to be done at 4:37 at this time they had not started my food was not served until 4:56 and my food was burnt nothing was done for my satisfaction

If I could give negative stars I would. They don't have anything they advertise,they don't give you the right order when you order on line. They have a line that takes forever. Don't waste your time or money at this location. It's pathetic and a waste .

The employees hate their lives whenever you come in and they can’t even get the delivery hours right lmao. The location is closed (since 7pm) but they have delivery available until 8:30? They’ll take your money and give you terrible food in return, if they give any at all. Avoid at all cost possible!

It's quite obvious they hate their lives and the customers too. They lack customer service skills and pretzels were way below par. Save your money, there's a better pretzel place in the

Well, the people working were nice enough, but the pretzels were a bit burnt and not so soft which I would expect from them. I wouldn’t say they weren’t edible, but it kind of ruined the anticipation as I hadn’t had a pretzel from them in a long time.

The cashier was really unfriendly, I try to place my order and e everything I asked she said 20 minutes, I did respond it's ok I can wait for it, ans she's making a angry face. I REALLY FEE Disappointed, she's look like she doesn't like her job.
