This is a wonderful cafe. I stop by every time I visit Cincinnati mainly because I get half off and the matcha latte is delicious and well made. Lately, I’ve been touched by the thoughtfulness of the employees here. There are good people in this world and the acts of kindness here prove that. ❤️
They moved away from Peet's coffee. I dont like the new brand, way too acidic and bitter. But! The Ambassadors are always lovely, its not usually loud and is a decent change of pace when working remote.
This is NOT a bank. But there is an ATM.
I love that there is a Capital One Cafe in the mall. My sister is a project manager and often works with several businesses to update their store front and I was tagging along while I was in town. The atmosphere is welcoming, lots of comfortable seating, outlets to use for charging computers and electronics. The staff was wonderful as well. Regular customers enjoy getting their weekly matcha, which is always well-made and customizable. Although some wish they served Peet’s Coffee like other cafes, overall, this Capital One Café is a welcoming place for anyone looking to work, unwind, or enjoy a good meal in a calm setting.
