It was fine, I was expecting much worse based on the reviews. We had the buy a Red Bull get a slice free from Flugtag coupon so we stopped in. The pizza was actually decent and I didn't see anything unsanitary happening when I was there, it was busy and well staffed. Fine for mall food!
The pepperoni and sausage pizza was one of the best I ever had and the bredsticks are so good
The pizza is delicious and the employees are decent, but I did notice one employee there (I'm assuming he's new because this is my first time ever seeing him over there) not using gloves while spinning the pizza dough around. Whenever I don't see employees using gloves, especially while they are handling food, it turns me away. I think all employees that are touching food should be wearing gloves.

Sbarro offers delicious pizza, with decent employees. However, some concerns were raised about employees not using gloves while handling food. Despite a longer wait time for online orders, the delicious pizza made it all worth it. The restaurant provides great vegetarian options, perfect parking, is kid-friendly, and has excellent wheelchair accessibility.
