Dirty kitchen, food everywhere , very unorganized . Once my food was prepared it was left on the food board and no one rang me out . I left.
This location is fascinating. There are these phenomenal kids and 20 somethings that offer fantastic service and manage the ebs and flows of mall traffic with grace. Then you have this overlord style manager who clearly sucks the life out of his employees. If I had to guess he wears a mask to protect his identity as he comes and goes through a mall of repeat customers. Chipotle is one of my favourite restaurants.
But they have one of the worst managers and management ever in this location!
I was just there, was talking to her, she was like Oh we’re gonna tell the security if you want to stay here, and she wasn’t even trying to tell me why or how or what happened!
She told me I was banned!
I was banned for no reason, and because someone felt uncomfortable because I ordered from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
