Do not go to this Chipotle, the customer service is horrible and they're racist! Both the server and manager were extremely rude! I ordered a chicken bowl for lunch, the guy barely gave me a full scoop. He also dropped some of the chicken and asked if I still wanted it or if he should throw it away. I thought that was rude and disgusting why would I want it if it fell. So I asked if he could put a little bit more in my bowl since he dropped some and barely gave me a full scoop. I wasn't super hungry which is why I didn't ask for a double portion. He gave me double and tried to charge me. I explained that I only wanted a few added since I didn't get the full scoop. He immediately got an attitude with me and said "Anything after that is double. Do you still want it or not?". Good customer service would have confirmed if I wanted double or not and would have mentioned that it would be a double charge. I've been to plenty chipotles and if customers ask for just a few more pieces they don't charge. The main issue is they way the server was talking to me and when I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to the manager, George Bogard but he was rude as well. I explained that I didn't appreciate the servers customer service and asked for the servers name. He refuseed to give it to me and stayed that he doesn't give out his employee's names. I worked in customer service before and you're supposed to provide your name. I've heard how unprofessional and bad this Chipotle was before and I should've stayed away. I felt like they were rude, unprofessional and racist! I will never come back to this location. I'm a loyal Chipotle customer, but,they may have lost one because this was unacceptable!

The person made the bowl didn’t ask wether I wanted the sauce will cost extra charge , and they charged more for the extra, and asked I said to go , they charged meFor the fine in tax , so my bowl cost me around $14, as it supposed to be $10.25, how come they made sync an expensive bowl for me . The lady cashier behaved so rude , while I asked why the bowl cost unexpected price , she’s so Impatient almost scolded me to go away , never had such experience in another chipotle store .absolutely won’t come back again .

This chipotle gets my order wrong every single time I do delivery. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to read the ingredients people want and completely get it wrong. I do not recommend going to this location at all. This will be the last time I order delivery from there. Look at what I ordered compared to what I got. I just don’t get it.

I've lived near this Chipotle for around 15 years now and this is by far the worst service ever. It's been going downhill there for years now but holy cow. The person making my bowl didn't listen to a thing that was ordered and my bowl is extremely incomplete. The listening was terrible and the lady clearly didn't care what she put in the bowls. Don't go here if you can help it.

After working at Chipotle, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes things aren't in their control, and sometimes it's the worst day ever.However, this chipotle is the absolute worst. Cut sizes on ingredients are massive, beans rice and meats are dried out and crunchy like a chip, and they are always out of basic things like cheese or vinaigrette. When I was there today the hot bar was disgusting. Beans and meats looked like they just came out of the walk in from last night. On the cold bar nothing was circulated so they were out of cheese, mild, and nearly out of the rest. There was a whole jalapeño in the corn salsa as well. When asked for missing items from the cold bar I was told they were completely out, yet the prep team was pumping out cold bar toppings and begging for help with labeling and transfer to the walk in. This team is rude, and unbecoming of the brand I worked for. It takes only a few seconds to reach below the bar and grab cold toppings. It takes two minutes to make vinaigrette. It takes a few seconds to stir beans and meats while you're pumping out orders even in the busiest rush. Yet, when I was there - there was no one. I was the only person in line other than a mom and her two young kids, yet nothing is ever clean or refilled. I don't know how the AM and GM run this place but I am pretty sure this restaurant is not a restauranteur, and if the regional manager did a random pop up they would be greatly disappointed in what they saw. After a year of experience dealing with this place I would always recommend the mall chipotle over this location. If a mall can do it then there should be no problem for an actual store to get their head right.

This location does the same song and dance every time. You order online, the app tells you that your food is ready and on the shelf, but when you arrive, it seems like neither is true. You stand off to the side for 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge your existence, And then they give you attitude when you check on your order even though the app states that it’s been ready for quite some time. I don’t understand the chemistry at this location, but unfortunately, it’s the only one in the area.

Food was ok, some workers need training on quantities again. I've noticed this at other Chipotles as well; dirty tables, no utensils/napkins and overall a very distasteful experience. Bummer, I really used to like Chipotle but it's been a steady decline for years now.

Tip:Has to be the worst chipotle ever. They were actually counting the lettuce leaves while putting barely put 12/14 strings. Blackened guacamole. Barely filled bowls DISAPPOINTED
