Save yourself the visit to this location! I wish I would have read the reviews before i stopped. There was a tall young man at the counter with an afro and he was light skin. Not sure of his name but his attitude was terrible and after telling me that the cinnamon nuggets i asked for would take 5 minutes, I waited for approximately 20-30. Whilst I was waiting, a woman came in and they bickered at each other because he messed up her very simple order and took no accountability. He proceeded to tell her that he is “basically the manager” when she asked to speak to one. He was also very condescending and throwing in her face the fact that she wanted her 30 cents back for HIS mistake. Mind you he had both airpods in the entire time. No hair net nor gloves, anyway once I finally get my pretzels (after my mother had to come in and exchange words with him) they were cold. Not even lukewarm as if they had been microwaved or anything. I don’t recommend this location at all, never had a problem with auntie anne’s until now. If i could give zero stars I would.

Got there a half hour before closing. The lady at the counter was very condescending, and when I told her I wasn't stupid, SHE took offense and started slamming things around. When I asked her why she was being snippy with me she said she didn't want to say because she didn't want me to think she thought I was stupid. When my order was ready, she slammed it on the counter and went to the back. I'd go to another location because I love the pretzels, but this is the easiest for me to get to so I can only hope that she's not working the next time I go there.

let me preface that this is my first review ever i usually never have problems with mistakes i get it we’re humans but this place was literally awful we ordered a 30 dollar bucket and spent an hour and 20 mins waiting because the cook burned our food twice. Once we got our food the bread is uncooked and so are the hot dogs i’m disgusted.

I'm not sure if this one isn't good because it's not in the mall but the pretzels are never fresh . They're always hard and cold , i even asked if they were and was told they had just came out warm from the light but definitely hard. It was like they made them the day before and then put them under the light to warm up.
I have stopped in a few times early in the day and always have something extra to add to my order salt,butter Carmel,icing for whatever I'm getting and I think it is the manager or maybe owner he is always so nice courteous, polite and willing to

On May 3,2023 I Came To Your Location Around 5:15pm And Your Team Members Are Very Disrespectful. They Where Cooking With No Gloves On, mostly Kids So Understandable But Your Manager Allowed It She Had Headphones On Not Paying Attention And Out Of Uniform So I Know That Was The Manager. Nothing Was Made Up……. I Was Only Able To Order Churro Swirls and A Cinnamon Roll. Im A Manager Myself So I Know How Everything Supposed To Be So If U Need Help Just Let Me Know Causee Everything Around Was Unprofessional ?

Poor customer services I went in today to get me some lovable treats .. they didn have enough of what I wanted seem like they didn’t want to make more say wait was 13 to 20 min the prep staff did not have on gloves while preparing the food ?and my latte was horrible, like it was made with only milk….. then my girlfriend asked if they had almond milk they said no and we looked on the menu and under add in’s it said almond milk 0.99 We Are Managers Out Self If You Need Help In The Mornings Let Us Know cause That Was Horrible.

Online and posted on the door had closing time at 10. Showed up at 9:30 with doors locked and lights off. I’m extremely dissatisfied as i was extremely excited for cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. Do better.

Great combination location of auntie Anne's cinnabon and Carvel ice cream all at one location. Great spot to stop in for a quick bite or tasty dessert they are on Uber eats and doordash as well
