My wife and I stopped by Avalanche on a bitter cold weekend and they were quite busy. Luckily there were still a few seats left so we put in our ordered and grabbed a table. We split the Avalanche and Yellowstone crepes. Both were delicious but the Avalanche stole the show. We also grabbed a caramel cold brew and a cinnamon brown sugar cold brew. We were recommended to try Avalanche during my UC student's freshman orientation.To be perfectly honest, I was not expecting much. Crepes in the Midwest? And near a college campus?OMG - THEY WERE AMAZING!The owner was incredibly friendly and helped us make decisions. My favorites are the Missoula and the Clancy.If you go, take a friend and split one sweet and one savory - best of both worlds!

Went here for brunch and found absolutely phenomenal crêpes that are reasonable price, both sweet and savory selection choices. Very impressed by the food quality and taste and presentation. Not ostentatious or snooty but delicious. Communal seating with a few two or four person tables so room is limited, it’s a classic Cincinnati shotgun style establishment so you may have to wait to get a seat. The food was well worth it. Highly recommend for brunch!
