let me preface that this is my first review ever i usually never have problems with mistakes i get it we’re humans but this place was literally awful we ordered a 30 dollar bucket and spent an hour and 20 mins waiting because the cook burned our food twice. Once we got our food the bread is uncooked and so are the hot dogs i’m disgusted.

I'm not sure if this one isn't good because it's not in the mall but the pretzels are never fresh . They're always hard and cold , i even asked if they were and was told they had just came out warm from the light but definitely hard. It was like they made them the day before and then put them under the light to warm up.
I have stopped in a few times early in the day and always have something extra to add to my order salt,butter Carmel,icing for whatever I'm getting and I think it is the manager or maybe owner he is always so nice courteous, polite and willing to

I feel like this location caters to your hot and fresh needs of you ask.I have had a cinnamon roll from here, it was fresh but the center was quite doughy.I recently had an almond pretzel. I could be wrong, but I feel the original recipe did not have coconut, but was added later. This one had quite a bit and I am not a coconut fan. It was hot and fresh though.Nice staff as well.

After MULTIPLE times coming into this business (at various times of the day) this is my LAST attempt. Went in today an hour and a half before they closed and, much like every other time, all of the pretzel products look hard, dried and old. I asked the guy working the counter if they were making anything fresh as we would be happy to wait. He pretty much ignored me and then finally said "yeah... no. Just maybe some cinnamon nuggets"... uh, you are open for an hour and a half more... and you're gonna sell what looks like hours old pretzels! This is not my first experience just like this. Never again.

On May 3,2023 I Came To Your Location Around 5:15pm And Your Team Members Are Very Disrespectful. They Where Cooking With No Gloves On, mostly Kids So Understandable But Your Manager Allowed It She Had Headphones On Not Paying Attention And Out Of Uniform So I Know That Was The Manager. Nothing Was Made Up……. I Was Only Able To Order Churro Swirls and A Cinnamon Roll. Im A Manager Myself So I Know How Everything Supposed To Be So If U Need Help Just Let Me Know Causee Everything Around Was Unprofessional ?

Poor customer services I went in today to get me some lovable treats .. they didn have enough of what I wanted seem like they didn’t want to make more say wait was 13 to 20 min the prep staff did not have on gloves while preparing the food ?and my latte was horrible, like it was made with only milk….. then my girlfriend asked if they had almond milk they said no and we looked on the menu and under add in’s it said almond milk 0.99 We Are Managers Out Self If You Need Help In The Mornings Let Us Know cause That Was Horrible.

Online and posted on the door had closing time at 10. Showed up at 9:30 with doors locked and lights off. I’m extremely dissatisfied as i was extremely excited for cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. Do better.

Great combination location of auntie Anne's cinnabon and Carvel ice cream all at one location. Great spot to stop in for a quick bite or tasty dessert they are on Uber eats and doordash as well

I'm not one to write bad reviews but this is the worse Auntie anns in my opinion. I got a order from door dash the 1st time from this location and the pretzels were cold and clearly burnt. I blamed it on the fact that it's doordash and the next time I would pick them up. Same thing the next time happened cold and burnt. The place wasn't busy so I don't understand why. Not happy even though I love auntie Anne's. Hopefully there will be improvement in the future.

I was the only one in the shop at 3pm. There were like 5 employees. I placed an order for pretzels, just one order. I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes. Took 25 minutes because of a "misunderstanding". I shouldn't have tipped, this place is a joke.
