Came in with my family to get some pizza and was completely ignored I even made sure the lady knew I was ready to order and she looked up at me and then turned back around. After 5 minutes I decided to just leave because I was not about to beg nobody to take my money. I and the family stopped and got pizza from Saint Francis Apizza on Erie and it was amazing. So everything worked out, I’m sure this pizza place won’t be around long with their horrible service

Good NY style pizza. I tried the pepperoni, cheese, and sausage. I think the sausage is my favorite - it's finely ground sausage. Pleasant staff as well.

Extremely friendly and prompt staff. I got the special that they offer every day which is $10 for 2 slices of pizza, a salad and a fountain drink. They have a new marinara sauce recipe and new dough recipe, both are delicious. Definitely will be back.

So while here at the Oakley Kitchen I got a burger and fries. Well I also wanted a pizza tasting so I got the garlic bread sticks. Let me say if this is any indication of how the pizza is, I so can't wait to come back and try a pizza. These were super tasty. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside and the sauce was perfectly paired. The gentleman that took care of me was very kind and took great care of me. The location is part of the Oakley kitchen so kind of like the food court at a mall. Not a bad thing by any means. I think here you get some better tasty choices. I will come back again for a pizza.

First time order and if I could make this at home I'd never go out.I ordered 2 pieces by the slice and forgoed the lunch specials and custom pizza. Their hot honey, I'm going to have to order and take home as they aren't available by the slice.The crust is thin, airy with just the right amount of chewy for a ready by the slice. It wasn't greasy or soggy at all. Perfectly under sauced to allow the other flavy to stand out. I don't typically eat the bone but it was perfect and didn't get left in the box.I preferred the sausage as the pepperoni did over cook a tad on the bottom but both were very good. I'd forgo a chain too have this pizza for sure.

Decided to give Balboa's a try and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! It's definitely a contender for some of the NY style pizzerias in Cincinnati/Northern KY. Give it a try!

First visit here for lunch. was in the mood for a NY style slice so googled same and this place showed up. The pizza was very good and the prices very reasonable, plan to go back and take the mrs. and maybe some other people. Balboa's is inside the Oakley Food Hall which I was not familiar with, a little hard to find bt glad I did. A couple of other eateries in the food hall so I expect to also check them out, burgers, bbq, bar, etc.. all in the same place. Cool concept, they need to hide some of the excess equipment sitting around the hall but don't let that deter you from good food at very reasonable prices.
Ordered this for delivery last night. Pizza and salad. Pizza was piping hot. Cheese oozing, crispy airy crust. Delicious. Salad was cold and crisp and really fresh. It's definitely my new go to.
