In October 2025, I visited Bargos to watch a Bengals game. I ordered myself 1 Long Island Iced Tea. My second drink was handed to me by another person visiting this bar. Against my better judgment, I began drinking my second Long Island. Not too long afterwards I went to the bathroom. everything after this is fuzzy, blurred and vague. Next thing I remember is two ladies pulling my arms trying to get awaken me. I began vomiting and crying. I was told if I didn't get up they would call the police. I encouraged them to do so..seeing as I had no idea why I was so violently ill. I must've passed out again..my next memory is me in an ambulance and throwing up yet again. after another bout of unconsciousness...I wake up in the emergency room still vomiting. I saw a police officer next to my bed. He told me I was in trouble. I finally dozed off for about 4 hours. I woke up scared and confused. I immediately paged a nurse. My first question was: Did you perform a drug test on me? I think i was roofied. She said that's not normal protocol. according to my doctors notes I was unconscious and unresponsive. Why would a drug test not be performed? when I was finally alert enough to call my family...I realized I had been given a citation for disorderly conduct. I've been to court with a public defender. Judge found me guilty and I'm now on 1 year reporting probation and a $450 fine. I am a victim. The police didn't investigate any of my claims. Did I make a dumb decision by accepting a drink I ordered but handed to me by a stranger? Yes absolutely. Do I deserve probation and this permanent mark on my squeaky clean record? no. I've never even had a speeding ticket before, let alone a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct. after seeing so many recent news articles about women being found dead after leaving a bar, i felt compelled to tell my story. my main fear is that this guy is still out there potentially harming other women. I'm banned from Bargos but that's more than alright. I'll never trust them again. I grew up in Fairfield..graduated from Fairfield in 2006. I'm so saddened by the way I've been treated.

Great place. You need to order at the bar but other than that it’s not a bad place to hangout. Mindi was 7 time runner up of bartender of the year only falling short to JR which is understandable.
