Shut it down. Writing this for my sister.
Stale cones, ice cream is freezerburnt, tastes gooey. Couldn't even get an employee to care about it. When we informed them all they did was say sorry. Will never come here again. Awful. A waste of money.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered chocolate glazed donuts and got chocolate cake donuts. I was totally disappointed would have been better if I had gone to UDF.
Ordered a small cookie dough milkshake. Received a small milk with a bit of Oreo ice cream added and maybe blended... I'm pretty sure store bought whole milk is creamier.
Order Baskin Robbins ice cream scoops online. You can now relish different ice cream flavours in scoops with a wide variety of toppingsDoing quality ice cream as an ice creamshop is much more expensive than selling tubs of ice cream at grocery stores.
This place has the worst service of any Baskin-Robbins It's a family-owned foreign business with zero regard for their customers.
The ice cream is good. The service not so good. It was 10 minutes before anyone even said hi to us.

Staff was awesome, hard working and apologetic, but only 2 people for a DD / BR combo including a combination drive thru was just way not enough. We went in to actually view the flavors available and waited over half an hour (with only one other inside customer) for service. The staff served all other drive thru and door dash customers before us even though we were definitely there many minutes before ANY of them. I was disappointed.
The customer service was good in terms of the team members being nice. The ice cream was great as usual but I took a star because they left A LOT of room in the hand-packed quarts that I ordered.
