I frequent this Starbucks to the point that they know my order by heart; venti iced vanilla latte. There are two women who have worked at this location longer than I've worked with this institution, and I think they're wonderful. The rest of the crew has had some turnover over the years, likely because they hire a lot of student workers. In general, service is very friendly. This is a great Starbucks inside University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Typically the Starbucks inside other business have their downfalls, but this one does a wonderful job. Fast and efficient service with a smile. If your at UCMC go to Starbucks!
