Love Donato's
There was a mom and son working at midnight and we’re swapped with over 200 orders! They deserve a raise and a bonus. They were beyond polite even tho they were stressed and had outstanding customer service. They were the only 2 workers and tried multiple times to contact manager who was ignoring there calls!!

Donatos Pizza is a favorite among customers, offering excellent stuffed crust pizzas that are worth the slightly higher price. The service is great, and the staff is pleasant and efficient. The Short Vine location, in particular, is busy but has friendly employees like Travis and Taevin who recognize regular customers and ensure their orders are always correct. Despite limited parking, Donatos Pizza is a reliable choice for good pizza and a positive dining experience.
