I ordered two small pizzas online for delivery and I had to pick them up. One pizza was burned and the other was cold. I have ordered from this place before and it was good but this time never again. I didn't even get my money back for the delivery charge and tip.

I Absolutely ♡ Donatos ,, Have Since the Very 1st Time I Had it . I Live in Avondale Now & the Store Closest to Me is the Short Vine Store & I Try to Order From There at Least Once A Week,, It's A Extremely Busy Location But 2 Guys There in Particular Have Come to Recognize & Kinda Know Me By Now , Travis & Taevin ,, They're Always Sooo Pleasant & Cool Towards Me , Are As Quick As Possible with My Order , My Order is ALWAYS Exactly As I Like it & I'm to A Point Where I Actually Look Forward to Seeing Them When I Come in Their Store ,, I Wish All of Their Stores & Employees Were Like the Vine Street Store & Travis & Taevin . The Only Store That Begins to Come Close is the Glenway Ave Store !! I Hope Donatos Continues to Hire Guys Like Them & Do Exactly Has They've Always Done When it Comes to the Food & Everything Else That Makes Them What They Are !!!! ?

The rudest,most shaggy looking,dirty male I've ever come across! How can someone like that work in the food industry? I cannot describe how completely mean and disgusting he is. I walk in there to pick up an order before I was able to tell him my name He said give me a minute, I gave him five, being the only customer in the store I tried to tell him my name because there were orders just sitting there on a cold shelf and he wasn't even 3 ft away from them. He yelled at me that he told me to give him a minute. I walked out and as I was leaving he said "that's it, there you go." Never again will I go there and I discourage anyone from attempting to get food from that nasty place.

I ordered a pizza at 601pm. I was ordering the pizza to be delivered at work to take home. When the pizza had not arrived by 730pm, I called the store and they said their delivery driver called off. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refund my credit card. They refused saying they can't do that cause the pizza has been made. They told me that they would send my pizza via Uber and it will be there by 830. I told them that was unacceptable and I was leaving work. 815pm Uber called me and I told them I cancelled the order and was no longer at work. If your driver calls off stop taking deliveries! This is my second bad experience with this location.

Ordered several times from this crappy location. Either they reject your order for unknown reasons, give you food that isn't correct or flat out just don't give food at all. What a worthless group of humans working at this location.
Ordered a pizza for delivery and the store accepted the order and then after two hours, my food never arrived and I called to see what's going on and no one would answer the phone. Never received my food

Not sure why so much hate for this place- my wife and I really enjoyed their flatbread pizza! The Caprese salad was small, but actually quite good. The delivery was fast and when we flew into town at 10 PM It was much appreciated.

Avoid this place completely. Don't think twice. I promise you will be disappointed. Placed an order for a small party 3 hours ahead of time and they couldn't complete my order. After making multiple calls to the location asking what was going on, they ended up canceling my order an hour after it was due and still charged me $12. Unbelievable.
