Stopped by for a bacon, egg and cheese waffle sandwich and a strawberry punch mocktail with Boba. They were fantastic so I will be back tomorrow!

Paid $35 for 4 drinks with strawberry boba. They didn’t even put 10 boba balls in them. Usually they do a whole scoop. They don’t give you a receipt so you can’t call them directly or leave a survey directly. If I wanted a boring energy drink without boba I would’ve grabbed a Red Bull

Horrible they got my order wrong and they weren’t paying attention to there job my drink also had pulp in it mostly every biggby I’ve went to never server me a drink with pulp. I’ll give another star cuz they have a free drink cuz of there mistake

Wouldnt answer to any of the cars in the drive through 25 minutes before closing. I called the store and they answered and stated they were closed. With a line. In the drive thtough. At 6:30pm. Rough!

I was in the drive thru for 26 minutes and my sandwich was cold and made incorrectly, then they asked me to move to a parking spot and they would bring it out! I’ll never come to this location again

this was my first time trying coffee anywhere that isn’t starbucks or dunkin and i can confidently say that this place is so far above the other two! literally the best coffee i’ve ever had. i got the coffee cake muffin and it was delicious too! plus, the staff is so friendly and efficient. i’ll definitely be coming here more often.

I love Biggby! However, somedays you get a glob of cream cheese on bagels other days you get hardly any. I just wish they make sure to always put an accurate amount.

I moved to Cincinnati from South Carolina and I was so happy to see my favourite coffee place. I stop by on my way to work for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich or bagel. Always fresh, always delicious, always great and friendly staff. 5/5 highly recommend
