Food is good. But the pressure to tip at a fast food drive-thru is completely unacceptable. I tip people in the service industry when they go above and beyond, and I'm a good tipper two. But I don't tip people for just doing their basic jobs, which in this case just involves handing me food through a window and running the cash register. OHHH my gosh. I wish I would have gotten the girls name that worked this morning around 10:30. It was my first time at any biggby coffee. I have heard of this place but I am so picky and boring when it comes to trying out new things. I risked it today. I was wanting a hot chocolate. The girl was fantastic and so patient with me when I was looking at the drive through menu. She answer my questions and made the best hot chocolate that I have ever had. This drive-thru-only is geat. The 3 stars for food isn't due to quality but rather the limited options. But if you simply want a bagel and coffee, this should be on your "to try" list. I strongly recommend a hot Horchata w/ Oatmilk while my teens love the iced Teddy Bear and hot chocolate
