I went in to order a carry out of biscuits and gravy. Very, very slow service as if the employees didn't see me (as they certainly did) standing there for 10-15 minutes before an employee came up to the register to help me.

Bob Evans no longer is paying attention to their past faithful customers. Hundreds of comments on social media have requested this chain restaurant to return their VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP to the menu and they totally ignore these numerous requests and comments. This WAS one of their best and top selling items.
