The bathroom is so disgustingly dirty I don’t think I can come back here to eat. Sinks and floors are dirty but every single toilet has dried poo on it like this picture as well as a urine ring around the bowl.

Terrible experience. Not busy for a Sunday due to snow storm but they struggled to figure out how to seat our group of 8 + child. 3 different people appeared at the host stand asking how many and each let us know they were working on it. Took close to 30 minutes. Cannot imagine we're unique as it's located across from 1 church and down the street from at least 1 other. Server was overwhelmed as she was only doing 1 persons refill at a time. Positive: Food came out together.

Never again! We walked in the first set of doors and the carpet was covered with leaves! Then the wait for being seated starts, nobody even acknowledged us for almost five minutes! I understand if if was busy but that was hardly the case, we finally got seated and the second wait begins. A server eventually comes to the table, by this time I'm done. This place needs a manager who cares about the restaurant and their customers.

Bob Evans never disappoints. I had the pot roast and my friend ordered the turkey dinner. Both were delicious and affordable. The biscuits were buttery and flaky. The service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant is nicely decorated and was clean.

Everyone is so friendly here. My waitress, Lisa, is the best! The food is always great, can't go wrong with the biscuits and gravy 😃 And I love the mason jar glasses the drinks come in.

We ordered a carry-out family meal 24 hours in advance and paid through the Bob Evans mobile app. I arrived right before 6:00 and the staff was finishing bagging all of it up. The order was accurate and the food was still hot and fresh when we got home. My elderly parents and uncle were visiting and enjoyed their dinner with us. This is one of the best Bob Evans locations in Cincinnati. You have a great team of people working at the Monfort Heights restaurant. Thank you again for helping us enjoy a nice family evening at home without the stress of cooking a large meal.

Love their food but my biggest love is for their candles and I was disappointed to hear they no longer carry their maple syrup candles which is what I came here for all the time so I may not be back anymore baby that's what I came here most for 😔
