This store has great service, even when they're very busy. The staff are friendly and considerate. The drive-thru was a bit backed up while I was there and they had a staff member come out to offer menus to those who were waiting.One tip I have for delivery drivers (this isn't a critique of the store, this is beyond their control): If the drive-thru is busy and you're going inside to pick up the order, consider trying to park at a next door business and walking over. The service has been FANTASTIC every time I've gone. The coffee tastes good, too, even though I'm always nervous to try something new. I'm mostly a "___ latte" drinker and hopefully, one day, I'll find my perfect cup. With these folk, it's worth going on the adventure! Best BIGGBY in the world. And I would know because I’ve been to four different ones. Made my 3 months of working in Cincinnati even better. I’ll always have a special place in my heart for this store. The ones in Dayton are still great though!
