The Dunkin' restaurant on Tylersville Rd. is highly praised by customers for its fantastic service and prompt delivery, especially in the mornings when people need to get to work. The atmosphere is great when certain employees are working, but some customers have witnessed the manager, Angelica, berating and humiliating the young employees, even in front of other customers. Despite this, the overall staff is described as kind, inviting, and truly caring about their customers. The morning crew is said to go above and beyond to ensure everything is top-tier, and the Dunkin' location is considered the best in all of Cincinnati, Ohio.
