Favorite drive thru in Cinci

I moved into the area back in April 2025 and Bob's is one of the corner markets near home. I go thru here at least once a week or more. I have ordered some of the food from here and it's decent. Nothing so far I'd say was amazing, but it doesn't disappoint either, if that makes sense. Prices are fine. What I like is that I can pull in and not have to wait long to get my things. Only small complaint I had was one time I was getting some drinks and a snack and the guy checking me out was smoking a cigarette and came up to my car with it, getting a bunch of smoke inside. I don't care he was smoking, but I just didn't like it got me and my car stinky. He should have left it at the corner/away from customers. Everyone I have dealt with has been chill and nice, though. One day this one older fella seemed really bothered to be working/stressed, but it was my only interaction with him and I don't know if he is a regular employee or if he was the boss having to step in and just having a bad day. He wasn't rude to me or anything, but he was visibly aggravated in general. I remember hoping to myself he had a better day as I drove off with my goods. So, all said, I give this place 4 stars and definitely will be continuing to be a regular customer.

Depends on who's working service sucks

I'm actually being honest when I say I have been coming to Bob's Driv Thru for 20 plus yr. I even remember IGA being the store and The Driv thru was that Lil area next to the Gas Station.
I will just say this. The guy in the morning. He has been there forever. He opens up the Driv thru. He is the absolute worst. I'm always pleasant with everybody. Everyone knows me here. I think I've contributed to this business alot over the years. I'm saddened to say that I will no longer be coming here in the mornings because that guy is so rude for no reason other than his issues. No fault of mine. I've tried for so long to get this guy to just be nice to me and I'm realizing it's just not gonna happen so I'm taking my money else where because of him. The other lady that's older that lives across the street I had to do the same with her. They just act like they hate life and they have to be rude to people for it. I did get her to finally be nice but she was very smart mouthed for along time for no reason. But that guy in the morning...he wins...I just will not deal with being treated like I'm bothering him for pulling in. I don't get it. How this guy has gotten away with this for so long but I'm tired of it.

The old white lady with the dentures always has a nasty attitude and smart mouth. Other than that the rest of the people cool.

Always good and fresh and made to order or you can go thru the drive thru and grab a huge slice of pizza, or a burger, pretzel, or nacos. Also you can pre-order and pick up your order in the drive thru or place it while going thru the drive thru and they will bring it out to you. They have a great staff!!!

I love getting my lunch here as often as I can. The kitchen staff is always fun to talk to and shoot the breeze while waiting for food to be cooked. The drive thru staff as well are friendly, and very helpful. As with anywhere just don't come in with a bad attitude or anything. This place is great to come in, and get groceries quick. This is a drive thru though, so please understand you cannot walk into the driving portion of the building, as that could cause accidents to occur, and nobody wants that either. You can go to the back and order, or if the kitchen door is open, you can walk in there.

Very disrespectful people. That person on mornings, short goofy Andy grifen looking mf and the other guy and the lady that works afternoons so rude. Don't buy no food from there , they will mess it up on purpose it's a very prejudice place

My grandmother has been taking her car there for years whenever she had issues. I've also gone there as well. Surprisingly, i had an issue with a couple of hogies I had gotten. When I called to address the issue, I was pretty much told that they don't replace mistakes no matter what. Sadly, I will never go there again.

They have enough people to serve you through the drive-thru because they are very busy all the time and they have great fast food service also and their food is terrific but call it in ahead of time because you can't just order it at the drive-thru with her food is great

Good food but there menu prices have went up. Just to give you a heads up!

DO NOT go to this shop! If you want a good and straightforward mechanic, this is not the place you want to take your car. I have had numerous friends and family members that were taken advantage of from this shop. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! ?❌

Always been a great drive thru been going here for years qwuick service and well stocked.
